COLLEGE SPRINGS – It was much tougher than it was during the first meeting, but the Essex Trojanettes completed the season sweep of South Page 44-42, Tuesday, Jan. 8.

The teams went back and forth all night as Essex trailed 34-32 after three quarters, but the Trojanettes found enough offense in the final quarter to improve to 4-7 overall and 4-5 in the Corner Conference.

Jori Mosley led Essex with 13 points. An additional six Trojanettes scored with Sami York and Desi Glasgo adding eight points each.

Helen Nicholas pulled down 13 rebounds.

South Page fell to 2-10 overall and 1-8 in the conference. Catherine Neihart led the Rebels with 15 points while Jessalee Neihart added 11.
