Eli Owen scored 23 points in leading Fremont-Mills to a 57-25 win over Griswold, Friday, Feb. 7.
Owen made three 3-pointers and also contributed five assists. Jake Malcom added four shots from outside as part of a 14-point outing. He contributed six steals.
The Knights held a 12-6 advantage after the first quarter and pushed the lead to 31-12 by halftime. The Knights put it away in the third quarter, leading 50-16 entering the final eight minutes.
Knights head coach Steve Raymond was able to play 15 athletes during the game and eight of them scored.
Taylor Reed brought down seven rebounds and Adam Perrin added five as Fremont-Mills improved to 9-12 overall and concluded conference play at 7-5.
Griswold fell to 3-17 overall and 2-9 in the conference.
