TABOR – Fremont-Mills softball managed just one hit in a 10-0 loss to Missouri Valley, Wednesday, June 12.

Sophia Murphy had the one Knight hit against Lady Reds starting pitcher Julia Janssen, who walked three in six innings.

Taylor Morgan pitched the entire game for Fremont-Mills. She gave up seven hits and 10 runs, nine earned, while walking four and striking out five in six innings.

Kendall Reed took two walks. The team stole four bases.

Missouri Valley scored three runs in the second inning and five in the fifth in improving to 8-8 on the season.

The Knights fell to 5-6.

The teams will play again, Saturday, June 15 as part of the Shenandoah Softball Classic.
