On Nov. 21 at around 11 p.m., officers with the Shenandoah Police Department had received a tip leading them to 321 Crescent Street, possibly involving ongoing activity from the search warrant Fremont County Sheriff’s Office executed in Farragut. At that residence, Shenandoah Police Department arrested Michael Montemurno, 44, of Crystal, Minnesota, for possession of controlled substance with the intent to deliver (B Felony). He was also charged with possession of controlled substance, failure to affix drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Two other individuals were arrested at that residence Alicia Kay Pelster, 36, of Shenandoah and Alisha Nicole Corbin, 29, of Shenandoah. Both were charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and child endangerment.

All three were unable to post bond and transported to the Page County Jail. The Fremont County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Shenandoah Police Department.
