After over three months of operation out of the Marnie Simons school gymnasium, the Hamburg Relief Center will be closing July 13. The Inter Church Council (ICC) Food Bank will also be moving back to its regular location at The Center.

Relief Center volunteers will move food items and sundries to the Food Bank in the middle of July. Now is a good time to get future needed clothing, while it is still available. After the Relief Center closes, the school will take clothing that might be needed for school children's emergencies. The Shepherd’s Frock from Sidney will come in and get needed items. If there is any clothing left, the Salvation Army will take it.

The Relief Center and school reminds the public:  the music room at the school is holding several items with names of those who lost homes and have received pots, pans, dishes and microwaves.

The Hamburg Relief Center organizers and operators wish continued blessings and prayers to Fremont County’s citizens as Hamburg rebuilds its town, and everyone rebuilds their lives.
